Refunds and cancellation policy
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 14 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
Cancellation and refund policy
Publications - you may cancel an order and receive a full refund if you let us know within 30 days. You may cancel subscriptions at any time after that and receive a pro-rata refund for any undelivered copies. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Events
Delegate substitutions are allowed. Refunds on cancellations will only be issued (less a 15% administration charge) up to and including 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued after this date. Confirmation of cancellations must be in writing and sent or faxed to Plaza Publishing Ltd, 3 Rectory Grove, London SW4 0DX, fax: 020 7819 1201.
